Slayers Inc. Community Guidelines & Clan Rules

Slayers Inc. is built around enjoying the game, helping each other improve, and showing up as a team. Whether you’re a clan member, a friend, or a visitor, you’re welcome to share builds, ask questions, join discussions, and find people to play with.

Community guidelines apply to everyone. Clan membership, activity, attendance, and inactivity requirements apply only to members of the Slayers Inc. clan.

Community Guidelines — For Everyone

Respect & Conduct

Treat community members and other players with respect. Friendly banter is welcome; harassment, threats, discrimination, personal attacks, and deliberately creating conflict are not.

Disagree with an idea or a build without attacking the person behind it. Respect someone’s request to stop a joke or conversation.

Welcome Players of All Levels

You do not need to belong to the clan to participate in our community. There are no Resonance, Combat Rating, or secondary-stat requirements for community participation, and Discord is optional.

Help newer players feel comfortable asking questions. Remember that everyone has different goals, budgets, and amounts of time to play.

Posts, Builds & Shared Content

Builds, guides, gameplay clips, questions, and group requests are welcome. Keep posts relevant to the space where you’re sharing them.

Offer constructive advice when reviewing builds. Explain what works, what could improve, and why. Credit other creators when sharing their work, and distinguish your own testing from information you’ve heard elsewhere.

Promotion & Spam

Do not flood the community with repeated posts, unsolicited advertisements, referral links, or recruitment messages.

Relevant links that help answer a question are welcome. Ask an admin before promoting a business, paid service, or another clan.

Privacy & Account Safety

Do not share someone else’s personal information, private messages, or account details without permission.

Scams, impersonation, malicious links, and requests for another person’s passwords or account access are not allowed.

Concerns & Moderation

Bring concerns to an admin or moderator with enough context for us to understand what happened. Do not use public threads to shame someone or encourage others to pile on.

Admins and moderators may move or remove content that breaks these guidelines. Depending on the situation, we may issue a reminder, a warning, restrict access, or remove an account. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal.

Clan Rules — For Slayers Inc. Clan Members

Membership Requirements

• New Members: A minimum of 500 Resonance is required to join.
• Current Members Below 500 Resonance: You must actively work toward reaching 500 Resonance and show ongoing progress.
• Combat Rating: No minimum requirement.
• Secondary Stats: No minimum requirement.
• Community Membership: All clan members must join the Slayers Inc. website.

Keep working on your character’s progression. If you need help with builds, gearing, or game mechanics, ask—we want our members to succeed.

Clan Activity

Contribute regularly to Shadow activities and clan progression:

• Complete your daily and weekly Shadow Tasks and contribute through activities such as Path of Blood, Contracts, and Akeba’s Challenge.
• Attend Assembly when possible.
• Participate in Vault as needed.
• Help clear the Towers as needed.
• Support fellow members with groups, events, and other clan activities.

Consistent participation matters more than having the highest stats.

Community & Communication

Our website is the main hub for clan announcements, event information, builds, and community discussions. Clan members are expected to check it regularly and stay informed.

Discord is optional. Joining the website is required.

Make sure officers can identify your in-game character from your site profile. If your site username is different, include your character name in your profile or let an officer know.

Event Attendance

Members are expected to make an effort to attend Shadow War, Vigil of Blades, and Rite of Exile when eligible and available.

Real life comes first. If you cannot attend, let an officer know in advance whenever possible.

Repeated unexplained absences from events will be handled as follows:

1. First occurrence: A reminder and check-in.
2. Second occurrence: A warning from an officer.
3. Continued unexplained absences: Possible removal from the clan.

Communicate with us so we know what is going on.

Shadow War Match Placement

Unless a clan officer directs you otherwise, join a Shadow War match according to your Resonance:

Officer instructions take priority over these default placements. If you are unsure which match to join, ask before entering.

For other events, check any room assignments provided and follow officer directions.

Every room contributes to the clan’s success. Your assignment reflects where you can help the team most effectively—it does not determine your value as a member.

We are not currently using a separate warning or removal system for room mistakes. Members are still expected to follow these placements and officer instructions.

Inactivity

The current inactivity limit is 14 days. Clan members inactive for 14 days or more without notifying an officer may be removed to make room for active players.

This limit will soon change to 7 days. We will announce when the new limit takes effect.

If you need time away, let an officer know so we can account for your absence.

Farming Etiquette

Respect groups already farming an area. Do not deliberately interfere with their routes, disrupt their pulls, or crowd an occupied spot in a way that prevents them from farming.

If an area is occupied, ask whether there is room to join or find another location. Handle disagreements calmly and involve an officer if needed.

• First offense: Warning.
• Second offense: Removal from the clan.
